Religions for Peace USA National Gathering of Religious Leaders 2020: Uplifting Moral Voices for Immigration and Refugees - Faiths in Action

Bishop Minerva G. Carcaño joined faith leaders across the country on October 19th for a Call to Action Interfaith Prayer Service that kicked off week long events for Religions for Peace USA Uplifting Moral Voices for Immigration and Refugees, the organization's 2020 national gathering of religious leaders.

Bishop Carcaño offered the reflection, setting the tone for a week of gatherings.

Daily events will happen from 11 a.m. - noon PDT October 19th through 23rd

Religions for Peace USA is the largest and most broadly-based representative multi-religious forum in the United States, with participants from more than 50 religious communities, representing each of the major faith traditions. The organization identifies shared commitments among religious communities in the U.S., enhances mutual understanding among these communities, and facilitates collaboration to address issues of common concern.
