Bishop Carcaño to Speak at Evolving Faith Conference

August 22, 2019

The 2019 Evolving Faith Conference will be held October 4 and 5 at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. The two-day event will feature more than 20 inspirational speakers, including Resident Bishop of the San Francisco Area, Minerva G. Carcaño (below). Held in the Magness Arena of the Ritchie Center on the college campus, the conference starts on Friday at 7 a.m. for registration and concludes at 6 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are available online. Visit the Evolving Faith Conference 2019 website to learn more and to sign up to attend.

The conference is promoted as “a gathering for wanderers, wonderers, and spiritual refugees to help you discover you are not alone.” It aims to help individuals “reclaim their faith, engage their questions, expand their worldview, rediscover hope and find friends for ‘the journey.’”

Best-selling author Sarah Bessey and award-winning reporter and writer Jeff Chu are curating the event this year, which anticipates having an extraordinary lineup of speakers, including Bishop Carcaño, in conversations “around everything from the Bible to politics to justice to human dignity and much more.”
