California Lifeline Program – Free Connectivity

Free phones and internet are available to anyone in need – people affected by disasters, unhoused, or simply cannot afford basic mobile phone service or access to the internet.  Authorized by Congress, qualified individuals and families can receive a free phone, free mobile broadband service, discounted broadband at home and discounted tablet computers.

Churches or community groups can participate in this program through Lynn Hermoso’s ChangeMakers Initiative Connectivity and Community Fellows outreach.  Contact Lynn at 619-855-0217 or lynnhermoso@yahoo.com.  She can explain more and help people access this program.
