Spiritual Directors

Spiritual Direction is the process of accompanying people on their spiritual journey. The purpose of Spiritual Direction is to increase individuals' awareness of the presence and power of God in their lives.

Usually an individual meets with his or her spiritual director once a month, for about an hour, and at an agreed-upon fee. Sometimes spiritual directors are referred to as spiritual guides or companions.
