Rev. Sandra Hammett

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Rev. Sandra A. Hammett died on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. She is survived by three children: James C. Barnes, Jr.  of Pleasanton, CA and Ray Douglas Barnes and Alisha Annette Favorite of Soquel, CA; and by 8 grandchildren. Condolences may be sent to Alisha Favorite, 1145 Old San Jose Rd., Soquel, CA  95073.

A funeral will be held on Saturday, June 25 2016 at 11 am, at Aptos UMC,  with Pastors Jay Parr and John Dodson presiding.

Sandra served the Boulder Creek and Santa Clara churches before retiring in 2007.

Memorial gifts may be sent in Sandra’s name to Second Harvest Food Bank, 800 Ohlone Rd., Watsonville, CA  95076, or Hope for Homeless, Sitka UMC, 303 Kimsham St., Sitka AK 99835.
