Rev. Ardyss Golden

It is with deep sadness that we inform you that our sister, Rev. Ardyss Golden died on January 9, 2023.

Ardyss served the Hollister United Methodist Church. She retired in July of 2012.

Ardyss was born on April 25, 1942, in Nebraska. Ardyss had a deep love of working with horses.

She is survived by her husband, George Golden, her children, Richard Golden of Rohnert Park CA, Jeffrey Golden of Sacramento CA, and Eric Golden of San Antonio TX, by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son David Golden in 2014.

A memorial service will be held at Hollister UMC on February 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm.

Let us continue to give God thanks for Ardyss’ life and witness and hold her family close in prayer. In our living and in our dying, we belong to God! (Romans 14:8)
