Doris T. Moon

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Doris T. Moon, surviving spouse of the Rev. Robert W. Moon, died on Sunday, December 13, 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Moon Farley, of Redwood City; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Condolences may be sent to 1301 Himmel Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94061.

A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, January 18th, 2:00 pm, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 2391 St. Marks Way, Sacramento, CA 95864. The Rev. Alan Jones will preside.

Bob and Doris served the Southville: Federated, San Francisco: Park Presidio, San Leandro: First, Fresno: First, Sacramento: St. Marks, and Stockton: Central churches before retiring in 1981.

Memorial gifts may be sent to St. Mark’s United Methodist Church (general fund or the Moon Lectures). Additionally, memorial gifts may be sent to Fellowship of Reconciliation, P. O. Box 271, Nyack, NY 10960, or to Loaves and Fishes, Family Promise, Second Harvest or any other organization serving the poor.
