Rev. John Broad

Retired pastor John Broad died on Friday, May 17, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Laurie Broad; by three children: Steven Broad of South Bend, IN, Julie Osterman of Houston, TX, Peter Broad of Auburn, and by four grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, at 1 p.m., at the Pioneer United Methodist Church in Auburn. The Rev. Barbara Smith will preside.

John Broad served the Los Gatos, Freedom, Wasco, San Jose: Willow Glen, Lemoore, Escalon and Auburn: Pioneer churches before retiring in 2009.
