Rev. Paul Giddings

Retired pastor Paul Giddings died on Sunday, November 28, 2010. He is survived by two children: Scott Giddings of Walnut Creek and Heather McMurtray of Brookhaven, Michigan. Condolences to the family may be sent to 2692 Quiet Place Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, December 18 at 3 p.m., at the El Sobrante United Methodist Church. The Revs. Lee Hayward and Gaye Benson will preside.

Paul Giddings served the Caruthers, Stockton: Central, El Sobrante, and Petaluma churches before retiring in 2007.

Memorial gifts may be made to Bruns House, an in-patient hospice facility in Alamo, California. Donations should be sent to Hospice of the East Bay, 3470 Buskirk Avenue, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. On the memo line of your check, please enter the following notation: "Bruns House, in memory of Paul Giddings."
