The faith family at UMC Daly City has been feeding their community for over 10 years with its Food and Grocery Ministry.
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month Daly opens its doors to over 400 people from Daly, San Mateo and as far away as San Francisco. Most of our clients are senior citizens and those that don't have stable income.
Clients receive a box of veggies, fruit, milk, eggs, and 5 lbs of chicken legs. We welcome everybody. Clients are asked to register through the Second Harvest website and we have volunteers that help people register onsite.
