The Beulah Fund provides seed money for three years to launch long-term ministries. Some of the past projects that have been funded across the conference include food security, transportation for medical treatment, wellness ministry, hearing aids for access to worship, large print worship materials, access to buildings, exercise support, and brain stimulation.

The conference United Methodist Women administer the Beulah Fund, which consists of the proceeds of the 1988 sale of the Beulah Home. In the most recent annual period, the conference UMW awarded about $250,000 in Beulah Fund grants to 29 conference organizations and churches.
