Pastor Kim Montenegro and Fair Oaks UMC are hosting drive-thru and virtual opportunities for gathering this Lenten season.
Drive-Thru Communion returns for the season of Lent will be in the church's main parking lot at 9849 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Fair Oaks on Wednesdays from 2:00-2:15 pm to administer communion with pre-packaged individual communion sets. (Gluten-free wafers available.)
Please wear a mask. Drive-thru dates are: February 17, 24; March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31. Fair Oaks UMC is located at 9849 Fair Oaks Blvd. in Fair Oaks. We are a block west of Sunrise Blvd. across the street from Bob's Cycle Shop and River Rat Raft Rentals.
Pastor Kim also invites everyone to join guided prayer sessions on Tuesdays at 10 am during the season of Lent. The sessions will begin with 5 minutes of exchanging prayer requests followed by 20 minutes of quiet, contemplative prayer. Guided Prayer dates: February 23; March 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30
