Clergy: Apply for The Isaiah Partnership Cohort and Discipleship Ministry training opportunities

The California-Nevada office of Leadership Development is always looking for opportunities to deepen learning and experience for our clergy in the spirit of lifelong learning.

Here are several upcoming opportunities that may be of interest.

The Isaiah Partnership
Funded by the Lilly Grant, this partnership between the Changemaker Initiative and Princeton Theological Seminary is for pastors ready to lead a process of change and ministry innovation in and alongside their congregation. It is a 10-month, fully funded, cohort-based journey for small to mid-size congregations.

The application for the cohort is open– click here to accessThe application deadline is October 31, 2022. Pastors are asked to apply as a team with one (1) lay church partner. Participants in the cohort will be a team of two individuals from each church: pastor and a lay partner. Pastors will identify their partner in the application process. Accepted churches will participate in two on-campus events at Princeton Theological Seminary, and work alongside other leaders in an innovative cohort-based curriculum. If accepted, this fully-funded pilot program comes to you at no cost.
