ACS 2022 Updates: COVID protocols and scheduling mealtime events

One month from now we will be gathered at the SAFE Convention Center in Sacramento moving through our Annual Conference 2022 agenda.  As you prepare, here are some updates around the COVID protocols for ACS 2022 and information around how to schedule mealtime events.

COVID protocols
The following COVID protocols will be in place when we gather for Annual Conference 2022 at the SAFE Convention Center in Sacramento from June 10th - 13th:

  • Vaccinations will be required, and booster shots recommended.
  • All attendees will be required to wear a KN95 mask.
If you attended ACS 2021, we have already verified your vaccination, so you will not need to present it again this year when you check in at the convention center to get your credentials.

If you did not attend ACS 2021, you will need to present your vaccination card when you check in at the convention center. We will not be using the CLEAR system this year. If you would like to access an electronic verification for your vaccination status, click here for California, and click here for Nevada.

Scheduling mealtime events
If your organization or committee is planning a mealtime event during Annual Conference Session, please let us know. While groups are responsible for the planning and logistics of their own events, it is helpful for ACS leadership to also have that information to help answer questions and provide hospitality for ACS members. If you have already planned, or are in the process of planning a mealtime event, please contact Pastor Vinny Santanelli with the relevant details (date, time, venue, sponsoring organization/committee, contact person).
