The Lay Missioner Online Training seeks to equip committed lay people called to work as a team in a specific church or community ministry. The training offers biblical, theological and basic practical tools in a bilingual format. Thirty-five people completed the training and received their certificates at the CA-NV 2022 Annual Conference. The CA-NV Annual Conference in partnership with the National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry offered its first Lay Missioner Training in 2022.
