2023 LSM United Methodist Heritage (Tongan)

Greeting students! We welcome you all back into the Lay Servant Ministry Courses in the Tongan language. The cross-conference clergy team welcomes you into the program and we hope you all had a great and wonderful summer break. We are picking up the last two courses this fall to complete the Certified Lay Speaker level. If you started with us since 2022, “UM HERITAGE” is one of the last two requirements, followed by the last course which is “DEEPER into the BIBLE”. For those of you who are discerning about furthering yourself into the ministry path, Certified Lay Minister is the next level up.

We hope that each of you will take up the opportunity to further yourself into the ministry by connecting with our team clergy to discern or seek support as needed.  We continue to be grateful for the support of our clergy team from varies conferences to bring these courses to you. We thank the California Nevada Conference for allowing us to bring these resources to you under their umbrella. Tracking of your journey into the ministry is now available to students.
