A Two-Day Workshop for Pastoral Leaders
Sponsored by The Office of Congregational Development
Featuring Jim Griffith, Founder, Griffith Coaching Network
- Great Northern, Los Rios, and Central Valley Districts - November 13 & 14, 2018 - Conference Center in West Sacramento
- Los Rios and Bay Districts - November 15 & 16, 2018 - Burlingame UMC
This one-and-a-half day workshop (9am day one to 12pm day two) will offer time to reflect on your own ministry style as a servant leader in your local setting. Using the DISC profile, your own strengths and blind-spots can be better identified. Your leadership in a variety of settings can be honed and improved along with your self-awareness in team settings where innovation and collaboration are critical. Not just for those seeking to start new faith communities, this workshop will help every pastoral leader deepen their own skills. All five District Superintendents will be present to share in this time of growth and development.
You may register for either session of the workshop. Registration fee is $25 along with an additional $26 to be paid for the online DISC Inventory. Links for the DISC Inventory and workshop materials will be sent with your confirmation email. Specific inquires can be sent to Rev. Craig Brown at email@example.com.
