Workshop for Vitality: Leading Beyond the Walls

The Great Northern District will host a workshop for vitality, "Leading Beyond the Walls, led by staff from the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection on June 6 to 7, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Friday,  and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at First UMC, Loomis. Cost is $40. Geared especially to engage leaders of each congregation, "Leading Beyond the Walls" explores effective leadership principles for developing congregations that are outward-centered, in a culture to which Christianity is foreign.

* The Unique Benefits of Methodism
 
Designed to detail hands-on practices and to build enthusiasm the work of growing in vitality, participants are encouraged to send a team to attend the workshop, preferably including the pastor and at least two lay people. 
 
Registration fee includes the workshop, materials, snacks, lunch and refreshments. Breakfast on Saturday will include a "free will" donation to benefit Imagine No Malaria.
