Claremont Lincoln University Introduces Online Degree in Ethical Leadership

March 20, 2013

Claremont Lincoln University is offering a unique online degree for working professionals seeking advanced education in professional leadership, ethics, and organizational change. The M.A. in Ethical Leadership consists of ten 100% online classes that can be completed in as little as 15 months. Total tuition is $15,000, and classes begin April 15.

The degree is ideal for clergy and church staff seeking advanced leadership skills as well as busy professionals seeking a convenient way to advance professionally and enhance their personal skills.

Different than other leadership or management programs, the M.A. begins with developing personal awareness and mindfulness, then focuses on concrete skills for professional effectiveness--like conflict resolution, cross-cultural communication, ethical decision-making and organizational analysis. All this happens with an eye for the global context of the 21st century. It's a complete package for the contemporary leader.

The program also includes networking opportunities for students and alumni/ae, including a special event on April 12. Matthew Mengerink, a top executive at eBay and noted philanthropist with the GiveLight Foundation, will be on hand to speak with new students.
