Each year following church conferences, churches report lay member and alternate lay member data to the Districts Administration Center. That information then is entered in the Conference database, where clergy data also is maintained.
For that reason, this year we have not required those groups to register for Annual Conference Session – in theory, we already have the information needed to create name badges for them.
We are confident about the accuracy of clergy data. However, in the interest of making sure, we would like churches, and individuals who have been elected to serve as lay members and alternate lay members, to verify the information we have on record.
If you find a discrepancy, please notify Jane Horstman at 916.374.1518 or firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday (May 21, 2012). This is our final check before name badges are printed!
