ACS Registration Is Open; Clergy, Lay Members Do Not Register This Year

Registration for the California-Nevada Annual Conference Session is open now at However, please do not register if you are clergy, a lay member to ACS, or an alternate lay member.

Registration this year is only for observers in a few select categories.
If you are not clergy or a lay member or alternate lay member to ACS, please do register and select the category that fits you best:
  • Clergy spouse (if not clergy)
  • Observer, officially recognized UM Fellowship [you will be asked to specify the UM Fellowship that you represent]
  • Representative of a UM General Agency [you will be asked to specify the UM General Agency that you represent]
  • Observer, other (including pastors from another Annual Conference or denomination)
  • Volunteer
  • Young Adult Delegate
  • Youth Delegate
  • Youth Delegate Chaperone
Again this year, seating will be assigned according to circuit (retired clergy will be seated with the circuit in which their charge conference membership is located).
However, as always, we will do our best to accommodate special seating needs. Clergy, lay members, and alternate lay members who registered for ACS last year need do nothing; we have a record of your special seating requests.
