Charge Conference Forms are available now to download from the Conference website. To access them, click on the "Charge Conference Forms" link, located under "Quick Links" in the upper right quadrant of the Home Page at cnumc.org.
This year we have tried to provide better functionality by providing some forms as Word documents only and others in PDF format only – while instruction sheets and some other forms are available in both formats.
Please note that when a form is offered in PDF format, you will need to have Adobe Reader 8 or above to save a completed form
. To download the latest version of Adobe Reader (at no cost) if you do not already have it, link to www.adobe.com
If you do not have Adobe Reader 8 or above, you will need to print the form as soon as you have completed it, and mail the printed copy to the Districts Administration Center (or scan and email it). You will not be able to save the information entered on a PDF. However, offering a form in this format does enable you to fill it out using a computer, saving you from having to use a typewriter or complete the form by hand.
This year you are not being asked to submit church officer information directly on line, but rather to complete a more traditional form. Once your completed form has been received by the Districts Administration Center, staff there will enter the information for you into your church dashboard.
