Conference Treasurer Diane Knudsen reminds churches that the cutoff date for 2010 apportionments is January 20. Apportionments are due to be received by her office by that date. If this presents a problem for your church, she asks that you email her in advance at email@example.com.
Year-end reports (Table I, II, and III) are due by the end of January. No data will be accepted after February 15th.
Information packets were mailed before Christmas – and include churches' new ID and password information to enable them to access the GCFA website at http://eagle.gcfa.org/Login.aspx. Please note that in order to submit Table I, II, and III reports this year, churches need to enter and save the data on the GCFA website rather than by submitting hard copy reports.
An additional note from the treasurer: The IRS mileage rate has gone up to 51 cents per mile for 2011.
