A training being offered in Santa Rosa on November 20 encourages youth workers to develop a transformational approach to youth ministry.
Called "Enroute," the training is designed to explore five essential aspects of a transformational approach for youth ministry and to help workers develop an intentional plan to make those aspects a reality in the lives of students.
After all, while we expect to see change in our students, what we pray for is life-long spiritual transformation!
The Enroute training will take place at the Stony Point Campus of the First United Methodist Church in Santa Rosa, California from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 20. Lunch will be provided.
The Stony Point Ministry Center is located at 2150 Giffen Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95405.
The Enroute training experience is a four-to-five-hour commitment. Participants will discuss the story of God as the context for our theology, our identity and calling, our way of life, and our behavior and expressions.
