New Campus Ministry 'Boot Camp' - Plus Follow-up Event - Are Scheduled for End of Year

May 13, 2010

Innovation is the other side of the Campus Ministry coin. Being connected to other creative campus pastors helps those in the field stay innovative and fresh.

Plan now to attend the New Campus Ministry Boot Camp, December 12-14, and Refresh 2010, December 14-16, both at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Kansas City.

Campus Ministry Boot Camp, led by Jim Griffith, is a two-day intensive to prepare new campus ministers and ministry teams to survive and succeed in their first year of ministry. It's open to anyone in his or her first two years of campus ministry. Registration fee of $495 includes the cost of Refresh 2010.

Speakers at Refresh 2010, Dec. 14-16, will be Adam Hamilton of the Church of the Resurrection; Alan Hirsch, author of The Shaping of Things to Come and The Forgotten Ways; and Olu Brown of Impact Church in Atlanta. Stand-alone registration fee (if not attending Campus Ministry Boot Camp) is $99.

Complete information will be available by May 15 at www.collegeunion.org/refresh.
