The Nevada County Library and Senior New Ways presents Capturing Life Stories: Journaling & Memoir-Writing, Saturday, May 1, 10-11:30 a.m., at the Madelyn Helling Library Community Room, 980 Helling Way, Nevada City, NV.
Rev. Dr. Judith Pruess-Mello, Founding Director of Senior New Ways and co-owner of Gold Country Seniors Alive will help you discover the positives of aging through journaling. Judith has been teaching journaling since 1972 and is co-author of Listening to Legacies. She also hosts the Nevada County TV program "Seniors Alive."
The class is free of charge. All are welcome and refreshments will be served.
