Wesley Opens Doors on Saturday Side by Side With Cal

Wesley Foundation at UC Berkeley
The University of California at Berkeley seeks to raise up national and international leaders. Wesley seeks to equip those leaders with the resources they need to pursue a passion for justice, to live lives of meaning and purpose, to discover spiritual gifts, and to be disciplined citizens with high moral values and a sense of personal integrity. For our Christian students, Wesley seeks to equip leaders to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. For our United Methodist students, Wesley seeks to raise up generations of innovative lay and clergy members.
Wesley has set aside an entire five-bedroom apartment suite for qualifying students who are particularly dedicated to Wesley's mission and goals. Qualifying students will pay substantially below market rates for their beds. Students interested in below-market-rate beds should contact Wesley's rental agent, EAH, Inc, at (510) 895-2333 or through email at email@example.com.
The "brand" of Christian discipleship called the United Methodist Church should be as familiar to students as Apple, Cal, Starbucks, and Levi Strauss. Young adults should think of the United Methodist Church as a vibrant living community - just like the new Wesley House and Campus Center will be this fall.
Wesley's new model of campus ministry is our opportunity as United Methodists to make an indelible mark on generations of innovative leaders.
