Registration is now open for "Created By God," a train-the-trainer event on Friday and Saturday, April 30-May 1, in Montgomery, Alabama at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. The event is sponsored by the General Board of Discipleship, Cokesbury, the Alabama-West Florida Annual Conference, and Aldersgate UMC.
Leader will be the Rev. Leigh Meekins of the Alabama-West Florida Conference. The workshop will include:
· Overview of new "Created by God" curriculum
· Guided plan for leading "Created by God" event for tweens and parents
· Overview of certification plan developed by North Texas Conference
Created by God curriculum will be available for purchase during the event.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available.
The registration fee of $55/person includes lunch on Friday. Register and pay on line at www.awfumc.org/created.

Registration ends on Monday, April 23 or when the maximum of 45 people is reached.

Shuttle service to and from the airport is available at a nominal fee ($10 round-trip) for arrivals before 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 29. However, to avail yourself of shuttle service you MUST notify GBOD of your flight plans by April 25. Email flight plans to firstname.lastname@example.org.
