Deadline to Submit ACS Presentation Materials: June 1

As a presenter or a worship leader for Annual Conference Session, June 17-20 at the Sacramento Convention Center, you may choose to have songs, prayers, photographs, graphics, talking points, or other material projected on screen. Such material generally makes for a more effective presentation.


All multi-media materials must be in the form of a DVD or PowerPoint presentation.


If you choose to share your ministry and vision by showing a video during ACS, you must provide the Conference Communications Office with a cue sheet along with your DVD. Rehearsal is not required.


If using a PowerPoint Presentation with two (2) or more slides, you must provide a script and schedule a rehearsal time to take place at least six (6) hours prior to your presentation.


The deadline to submit multi-media materials to the Conference Communications Office, along with a script (if applicable) or cue sheet, is June 1.
