Warren Dale, Woodside Road UMC Pastor, to Be Honored in April

When the annual Peninsula Interfaith Action (PIA) Community Heroes Awards Luncheon is held on Friday, April 24, church congregations from Daly City to Mountain View, California will recognize "local heroes" who have provided dedicated and effective community leadership. At that time Woodside Road United Methodist Church in Redwood City will honor its "pastor and hero," Warren Dale.

The luncheon will take place at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View.


Awards are presented to exceptional individuals who have made a difference in their community with both vision and heart. Hon. Adrienne J. Tissier, supervisor, Fifth District, San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, will be recognized as PIA's Public Sector Community Hero. Carl Guardino, President and CEO, Silicon Valley Leadership Group, will be honored as PIA's Private Sector Community Hero.
