Wesley UMC Hosts Evening With 'The Three Tenors'

March 13, 2009

Musically inclined? Missions-minded? Young at heart? If you're any one of these, you won't want to miss "An Evening With the 'Three Tenors'," Saturday, March 21 at 7 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church in San Jose, California.

In this case the "three tenors" are the church's new senior pastor, the Rev. Keith Inouye, with friends Darryl Noda and Ted Hasegawa - and the event is a fundraiser for missions trips by Wesley UMC young adults.

There's no charge to attend but donations ($10 is suggested) will be appreciated: after all, it's a fundraiser!

Gather in the church's Fellowship Hall after the concert for refreshments and to learn about past missions trips. The young adults group will be selling beignets (the famous French doughnuts), for which they developed a taste during one of their mission trips to New Orleans.
