The Cabinet of the California-Nevada Annual Conference will host a workshop devoted to learning "all about" Intentional Interim Ministry - or at least as much as a one-day, introductory workshop can offer - on Monday, April 20, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the

They will invoke a process that guides a congregation to explore its history, decision making, denominational relationships, and core identity before launching a search for a new pastor.
The workshop will seek to broaden the definition of interim ministry, and focus on exploring: settings in which a Transition/Interim Ministry Specialist (TIMS) might serve, how to select and train a TIMS, and training opportunities that are available.
District Superintendents, active and retired pastors of all stripes, congregational leaders, Board of Ordained Ministry representatives, Conference staff, and trained interim ministers all are encouraged to attend.
Registration deadline is April 15.
$15 per person fee covers workshop materials and lunch.
