November 8 UMC Polity Class Postponed

The one-day Pacific School of Religion course exploring the organization, structure, and polity of the United Methodist Church, scheduled for Saturday, November 8 at Pioneer Congregational Church in Sacramento, is being postponed due to low registration. The class will be re-scheduled.

It was to have been taught by the Rev. Kathi McShane, pastor of Sacramento’s First UMC.
Individuals may take any of PSR’s lay theological education courses for a one-day registration fee of $75 (which includes the materials that will be distributed that day). A minimum of 10 students is necessary in order for a class to be held.
(PSR’s MCC Polity class will take place as scheduled at “A Church for All,” located at 721 North “B” Street in Sacramento, with Rev. Dr. Rosario Vargas as instructor. For more information contact Laura Wills at
