Interested in becoming an UMVIM team leader? Plan to attend one of two training events in the next four months, scheduled by the United Methodist Volunteers in Mission office of the California-Nevada Annual Conference.
The first Team Leader Training takes place Saturday, December 13 in the Fresno District; the next will be Saturday, February 21 in the Bay View District.
The Dec. 13 training will be at Memorial United Methodist Church, 1726 Pollasky Ave., Clovis, CA 93612 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The Feb. 12 training will be at Epworth UMC, 1953 Hopkins St., Berkeley, CA 94707 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
To register for either training, contact the Cal-Nevada UMVIM Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 916-374-1584 as soon as possible and provide contact information for those who will be attending. The $29 fee pays for your official GBGM Team Leader Manual and officially reserves your spot for the training.
Make checks payable to California-Nevada Annual Conference and mail to UMVIM / CA-NV Conference Office, P.O. Box 980250, West Sacramento, CA 95798. Please note the names of those for whom you are paying in the memo line.
