Shasta Family Camp 2008: "Heifer Heights"

March 27, 2008

Nestled in the view of Mount Shasta is Shasta Family Camp, which has provided “mountain top experiences” to campers of all ages for many decades. This year Family/Families Camp is set for Saturday, July 26-Friday, August 1 and will incorporate Bible teachings with the work of Heifer Project International. Campers will focus on how we live out ministry and mission while caring for each other and our planet.

Campers will experience fellowship over tasty meals, worship and Bible study/discussion each morning; have free time to swim, hike, explore, socialize, or rest during the afternoon; and enjoy dinner and campfires in the evening. In addition, there will be opportunities to join in the camp hand chime choir, participate in a talent/“no talent needed” show, and do a variety of craft and art projects.

There are various campsites available for tent or RV campers. Costs are $160 for the week, plus $30 per adult for food/$15 children ages 5-10.
