Senior Health Chats – first and third Fridays, Los Altos UMC, Creekside C and D, 10 a.m.-12 noon. Devotions, stretching, with snacks provided. Senior Health Chat at Los Altos Public Library – second Tuesdays, 1-2:30 p.m. February 12, “Yoga” with Jenny Niklaus; March 11, “Osteoporosis and Osteopenia” with Dr. Mary Lou DeNatale.

Other upcoming Coming Fully Alive classes will be in Redwood City, San Mateo, Burlingame, Berkeley, East San Jose, Colusa-Williams, Clearlake, and the Sacramento areas in the spring or summer.
