For Children

In To Share or Nut to Share (DVP-351), from the Hermie the Caterpillar series, the garden has a shortage of nuts and it seems everyone in the Garden Talent Show and Tell needs a nut for his or her act. With only one nut left, friends turn into enemies as they all try to grab it. To remain friends and to save the show, the bugs must learn to share.

For Youth

In Agent Abbey: Underground Christianity in China (DVY-536), Abbey, a typical American teenager, travels to China with her dad, a photo journalist. She quickly becomes caught up in a plot that involves her new Chinese Christian friends, a mysterious secret agent, “illegal Bibles,” and the police. She vows to carry the message of the persecuted church to Christians in America. This drama, which is set in modern Beijing, is inspired by actual events.

In For the Love of It (DVP-539), Dewitt Jones, a well-known National Geographic photographer, uses his beautiful photography to discuss how we all have the ability to love what we do through honoring our passion, making a contribution to those around us, and expressing gratitude.
