Orientation to Reach Out to Latino Communities

Andar Con El Pueblo, "Walk with the People," is an orientation for congregations and leaders seeking to reach out to Latino communities taking place on July 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Alum Rock UMC, 30 Kirk Ave., San Jose, with a pre-event, "Train the Trainer," from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 10.  Cost is $25 for a team of 3 (pastor and two lay leaders in a local church) and $10 for additional persons.  The event is hosted by the California-Nevada Hispanic/Latino Ministries Committee, iRelate, the Western Jurisdiction National Hispanic/Latino Plan, and Path 1.  For an informational flyer, click here.  To register, click here.
