His work is with the Center for Geocentric Ministries of the seminary where issues on land justice and ecology are researched and taught. Union Theological Seminary is an ecumenical theological formation center which was founded in 1907 and is jointly sponsored by The United Methodist Church and The United Church of Christ in the Philippines (UCCP). The Center for Geocentric Ministries develops training programs on theological understanding of land and educates both church workers and lay people so that all will be just and faithful stewards of God to all creation.
Rev. Grace Choi is working as a community health worker to several community outreach programs of Harris Memorial College in the Philippines. She also teaches piano and voice at the music department of the school.
