The 2011 Annual Conference Session has been scheduled for June 15-18 at the Sacramento Convention Center, 1400 J Street, Sacramento, CA.

*If you did not pre-register for Annual Conference Session you must register on site, in Room 305 at the Sacramento Convention Center, beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Please note that you are not guaranteed to be seated with your circuit if you failed to pre-register.

Special circumstances this year have required that a different procedure be established for the clergy delegate nominating process. Please familiarize yourself with the following:

Special Laity Gatherings and Pre-Conference Orientations

Laity Gatherings are an opportunity to exchange ideas with other lay persons. Pre-Conference Orientations prepare lay members and alternate lay members for Annual Conference Session through a general overview; outline of the delegate election process (to General and Jurisdictional Conferences); and by acquainting them with legislation to be considered.
