Office of Connectional Ministries

In partnership with the bishop, cabinet, program staff and the elected leadership of the Conference, the Rev. Linda Caldwell, Conference Superintendent for Mission Collaboration, serves as steward of the vision of the Annual Conference, including:

the development, clarification, interpretation and embodiment of the vision;
helps to ensure alignment of the total resources of the conference to its vision;
and helps enable connections among the local, district, conference and general church ministries for the purpose of networking, resourcing and communicating their shared ministry.

Rev. Caldwell is availabe to local churches in the following areas:

Multi-staff team building
Misson & ministry assessments
Long range planning
Leadership training
