2010 Annual Conference Session

The 2010 Annual Conference Session has been scheduled for June 16-19
at the Sacramento Convention Center,
1400 J Street, Sacramento, CA.


Pre-registration has closed.

If you have pre-registered, when you arrive at Annual Conference Session please check in at the registration table in the first floor lobby, where you will receive your name tag and other materials. (If you wish, take a copy of your registration confirmation with you.) 

On-site registration (for those not pre-registered) begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 16 in Room 305 at the Sacramento Convention Center.

  

Youth and Childcare Program registration has closed.

 


Workshops

During the Annual Conference Session there will be workshop opportunities open to friends and neighbors of the California-Nevada United Methodist Church (as well as to non-voting members of UM churches). In addition, there are presentations, celebrations, and times of worship which will be open to the public.

REPORTS and ITEMS OF LEGISLATION for 2010 Annual Conference Session

Lay and clergy delegates (members) to Annual Conference Session need to download "Conference Reports 2010,"  "Pre-Conference Items of Legislation" (Recommendations and Resolutions – Part I, Part II and Part III), "Budget Recommendation 2011" (Item A), "
Recommendation regarding 2010 "Past-Service" (Pre-1982 Service) Funding Plan" (Item B) and the "Statistician's Report." 

This is necessary information to have in order to prepare for Annual Conference Session.

If you will be attending Annual Conference Session as a lay or clergy member, you may want to download and print these documents and take copies with you to ACS or if you have a laptop, save these documents to your laptop and take it to ACS.
