REPORTS and ITEMS OF LEGISLATION for 2009 Annual Conference Session
Lay and clergy delegates (members) to Annual Conference Session need to download "Conference Reports 2009," "Pre-Conference Items of Legislation" (Recommendations and Resolutions), "Replacement for Item 11," and the "Statistician's Report."
This is necessary information for them to have, to prepare them for Annual Conference.
If you will attend Annual Conference Session as a lay or clergy member, please download and print these documents and take your copies with you to ACS.

REGISTRATION for 2009 Annual Conference Session
On site registration begins at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17 at the Sacramento Convention Center. If you pre-registered, please take a copy of your registration confirmation with you to Annual Conference Session.

HOUSING REGISTRATION for 2009 Annual Conference Session
The deadline to register and receive the preferred rate for housing was May 25.

MULTI-MEDIA PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
As a presenter or a worship leader, you may choose to have songs, prayers, photographs, graphics, talking points, or other material projected on screen. All materials to be projected must be in the form of a DVD video or a PowerPoint presentation.
If using a DVD, you must provide the Conference Communications Office with a cue sheet, along with your DVD. Rehearsal is not required.
If using a PowerPoint Presentation with two (2) or more slides, you must provide a script and schedule a rehearsal time to take place at least six (6) hours prior to your presentation.
JUNE 1, 2009 was the deadline to submit all materials to be projected at Annual Conference Session to the Communications Office.
