Eric Geiger, co-author of the book, Simple Church, will share what his extensive research has taught him: that vibrant churches are those that have chosen to focus on a simple process for making disciple of Jesus Christ. Eric will guide participants through a practical way of developing a process that is faithful to our purpose.

Bishop Schnase will 1) give a brief overview of the Five Practices, 2) address the question "How does your church work?" examining systems that are conducive to fulfilling or impeding the mission, and 3) challenge "Personal Practice: What do I have to do with the mission of the church?" to foster patterns of personal invitation.
