Phil Bandy, coordinator for United Methodist Volunteers in Mission (UMVIM) for the California-Nevada Annual Conference, has announced some changes to the Haiti Relief Plan. Small volunteer teams (4 to 6 persons) are now being authorized to go to Haiti. (In the past, only large teams of 7 to 10 people were allowed.)
