Longtime Conference Employee, Pam McKee, Retires
The time has come to celebrate and give thanks for the work of Pam McKee, longtime administrative assistant for the San Jose District and now, the El Camino Real District.
On July 1, Pam retires from her work with the California-Nevada Annual Conference. (The work of the district offices has been consolidated into a Districts Administration Center, located at the Conference offices in West Sacramento.) She plans to keep busy teaching business courses as adjunct faculty at Foothill College and will continue living in Palo Alto and attending the First United Methodist Church of Palo Alto.
Please take a minute to thank Pam on Friday, May 27 as part of "Thank You, Pam Week" – with a call, a card to the office, an email, or a little visit – giving your own personal thanks and appreciation.
However, if you are unable to reach Pam on Friday, please pick another day before the end of June to let Pam know how much she has meant to you. Pam's ministry of helping churches and pastors, of keeping the district records and having a pleasant word for all who call or stop by, has been a valuable gift to us all.
Send your notes and well-wishes to firstname.lastname@example.org; 408.295.5341; or to El Camino Real District Office, 729 Morse St., San Jose, CA 95126.
