Basic Purpose: Leads the agency in reaching Hispanic/Latino audiences through resource and product development, marketing, social networking and the oversight of content for diverse platforms, such as web and radio. Networks with audiences and builds a church-wide community for ideas and input. Develops and implements strategy for reaching and engaging young people. Works with external partners to secure funding support. Develops and implements strategies for community development.
