Frequently Asked Questions
The goal of the church dashboard is to provide a central location for leaders to complete and submit annual administrative documents to the conference office. Previously, forms were downloaded and completed manually. Our current system is automated and electronically records and tracks these forms. If you are looking for the annual charge conference forms, the officer's list, or the clergy compensation form, go to the Church Dashboard by clicking HERE.
All charge conference forms are available online through the Church Dashboard. If you require a worksheet to help you gather information, you can download worksheets HERE.
For clergy members, you will need to create a user account in the new Clergy Dashboard (Note: this is not the CHURCH DASHBOARD). If you have not previously created an account, you can do so by clicking HERE. You will be prompted to enter your email. Upon submitting your email, you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password.
Evaluation Forms needing to be completed by the SPRC committee will be done through the SPRC Dashboard. A single user account must be established by the SPRC chairperson in order to access the online evaluation forms. If you have not previously created an account, you can do so by clicking HERE. You will be prompted to enter your email. Upon submitting your email, you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password.
Compensation forms are accessed and completed online via the Church Dashboard. If you are clergy and still waiting for the compensation form, please contact your SPRC chairperson immediately. If you do not have a SPRC chairperson currently, you will need to update your church officers via the church dashboard.
Check to make sure that you have answered all questions with an asterisk (*) noted. The majority of the time, one of these questions has not been answered and will cause this error. If you have answered all the questions, including the asterisked questions and are still getting the error, please contact email@example.com.
Forms are submitted as a packet. Unless indicated as an optional form, all forms indicated as "Required" must be completed in order to successfully submit your entire packet.
As you complete each form, you will want to Save it. This records the information that you have entered for the form. Once you have completed all of the required forms, you will want to Submit the packet of forms. Submitting your forms lets the Conference Office know that you have completed all required Charge Conference process for the year.
